This may be a silly question but when I come to sign the document with the digital certificate I receive a code request from Microsoft smart card provider PIN. I thought it was the Pexa PIN I received but it is not. Am I missing something? Any suggestions?
This "Microsoft Smart Card Provider" window is actually due to some missing software on your PC when you are trying to sign. This causes the box to keep asking for the PIN over and over, even if it's the one that has been sent to you.
To rectify this, you just need to ensure that the computer you are using to sign has been set up by following the instructions on this installation page. Scroll down and find your combination (Windows and Google Chrome or Internet Explorer), and follow the applicable steps. Once this is done, your PIN should work without issue!
