We need to do a transmission application to beneficiaries. On PEXA there is no need to do the document itself but how do we get the stamp duty verification details for PEXA? With a contract for sale, we send it to our city agents with clients ID etc and get a Revenue NSW code which we transfer to PEXA but with the TA it seems pointless preparing a paper document when the stamp duty is always the same amount. Please tell me the easiest way to work around this?

Can you clarify which PEXA document you are trying to prepare and lodge?
To clarify, you want to prepare a transmission in PEXA and then a transfer to the beneficiaries?
Or a transmission direct to beneficiaries in PEXA?
I'm not sure what paper document you are referring to?

Are you trying to confirm what's acceptable from a documentation point of view to support the stamping? Or in other words, what you need to provide to your agent so that they can complete the EDR application?
If so, it is probably a question best confirmed with your agent and the revenue office.
