Does PEXA support lodgment after a failed paper lodgment in Victoria?
I am aware it is possible for transactions in NSW but am unable to locate anything for transactions in VIC.

Hi Casey,
I am not entirely clear on your question, so please allow me to confirm.
Are you saying you attempted to lodge in paper and the dealing was rejected by LUV because it should have been lodged electronically?
If so, then you will need to complete the dealing and lodgement via PEXA. The Registrar will have made no record of the dealing on title.
If the rejected paper dealing was dutiable and has been stamped / duty paid, you will need to negotiate with VIC SRO to have the duty amount for the rejected dealing refunded.
If the PEXA transaction is dutiable, you will be required to pay duty via PEXA.
Please let me @GeorgePolus know if I have misunderstood your question.
Regards,
George
