When preparing the transfer it advises the address is incorrect as there is no street number allocated to the property. How do you overcome this issue.

Hi Ben,
When a subscriber does this in the Land Title screen does this then get updated on the CT at lodgement or will the CT still show the original address that the LT Office have on record?

Thanks for the question.
The land title address will not be updated by the Land Registry at lodgement.
A land title address is only required to be updated/provided in certain scenarios. An example of this is where the Subscriber is required to complete Stamp Duty in Victoria for a Transfer.

Hi Ben,
i have looked at this solution and am still getting an error for the street address. it is hard to tell if the error is referring to the address entered for the NOS or the address entered for land being sold. This is becoming a difficult part of dealing with rural lands when address' are not accepted as they are not in a "standard" format.
When amending the address should it be in the "top" part or the "bottom" part that has the hashtags?

thanks Ben, the issue has now been resolved, there was a leading space in the address line, which meant my address details were rejected.
