Over the last 2 weeks I have left 3 messages for Joelle at PEXA to assist me as I want to lodge my first Caveat through PEXA, still with no assistance. I have attempted to attend to the lodgement myself today but it is not allowing me to sign. I have emailed PEXA this morning and have now been on hold for 7 minutes and have left a message for them to return my call. For the amount of time spent I would have prepared the paper Caveat written the cheque and typed letter to my lodging agent. Please explain why it is difficult to get assistance. I would like to think this would improve if we need assistance when doing an actual settlement. Let's hope the support improves if you want practitioners on board.

I'm sorry to hear you have experienced difficulty getting on to PEXA. I've spoken to PEXA support and I believe they have given you a call.
I'll make sure to follow this up, and ensure you receive the assistance you require.
I know this may not be what you are after this time but we also have information on the Community on lodging a Caveat which may help.

I am sorry to hear that you were unable to get the support you required earlier today, I understand you have now been assisted by our support team and have been advised that Joelle is on leave which is why you didn't hear back from her. @MeganTenn is our PEXA Direct Specialist who looks after your region and Megan will definitely be in touch to arrange a time to visit your office.
