I am trying to complete a surrender of lease (NSW).
In the document section, verification status, I receive an error message "incorrect party role".
Would anyone know why this error occurs and how to correct it?

This lodgement verification error can be caused by a few different reasons, but it may relate to the Participants represented in the workspace.
If lodging the specific residual document found here, https://rg-guidelines.nswlrs.com.au/e-dealings/elodgment/Residual-Documents/Surrender-of-Lease - kindly review the notes in relation to the required representation in the workspace.
