Survivorship Application (SA) joint tenants and tenant in common

Hi there
We would like to register the death of a party on a Title which is held two thirds with our client and her now deceased husband as joint tenants and the other third is held by their daughter as a TIC. Can we do this application through PEXA or is it a paper application given the TIC.

Hi, 
As you are only dealing with the interest of one (surviving) tenant in common, this document will be unable to be lodged in PEXA and will need to be a paper lodgement.
