Hi, is a Transfer of Mortgage able to be lodged by PEXA yet in NSW?

Hi Monica,

Transfer of Interest (non dutiable) will be enabled in NSW in Feb 2020 as part of PEXA Release 11.1.

Transfer of interest (non dutiable) is already enabled in VIC and SA.

You know, transferring mortgage is not the easiest task, especially in the "Western" countries. When I was living in the United Kingdom I had to transfer my mortgage to my relative.
