SolutionHi Monica,
Transfer of Interest (non dutiable) will be enabled in NSW in Feb 2020 as part of PEXA Release 11.1.
Transfer of interest (non dutiable) is already enabled in VIC and SA.
Please let me @GeorgePolus know if you have more questions.

You know, transferring mortgage is not the easiest task, especially in the "Western" countries. When I was living in the United Kingdom I had to transfer my mortgage to my relative. Oh, I spent days tinkering with paperwork back to then. Thanks to God I was able to figure out that I need a specialist to assist me with that. I was surfing various websites and eventually found a Mortgage Broker Leeds who deals with similar cases. I successfully completed this deal thanks to this broker and finally moved to Australia.
