Mother and Daughter purchased property in March 2019. Property purchased as joint tenants. Parties want to transfer property into Mother's name solely. Not sure how to do this in PEXA or where to start.

we had a similar matter as they were joint tenants, it couldnt be done via pexa. Will need to be done manually. Plus there EDR services arent catered for by Revenue NSW.

This is currently out of scope in NSW and must be completed through the paper channel.
If the Transfer is non-monetary this transfer is not mandated in NSW.

I received the following advice from the PEXA Support Centre:
As discussed, due to one of the one of the Registered Proprietor's remaining on title and this cannot be mapped correctly when completing stamp duty, this transaction will need to revert to paper settlement.
