Transfer Altering Tenancy

Is it now possible to do a Transfer Altering Tenancy in NSW via PEXA?

Hi @StevenU ,

PEXA currently have the two following forms available for submission in regards to NSW Transfer Altering Tenancy:

• Transfer Altering Tenancy (Joint Tenants to Tenants in Common in Equal Shares) - Real Property Act 1900
• Transfer Altering Tenancy (Tenants in Common in Equal Shares to Joint Tenants) - Real Property Act 1900

These forms can be access via our Residual Documents.

When creating a new Workspace to complete a Transfer Altering Tenancy, should we select the following options or are there any more appropriate selections available:

* 'Transfer Type' = 'Other'

* 'Other Type' = 'Other'

* 'Representative Role' = 'Applicant'
