Transfer, Notice of Sale and Consent or Mortgage are not coming up as successful
I currently have two matters where the TOL, NOS and either the Consent or the Mortgage are not showing up in the documents tab as being verified and/or successful. I have contacted our specialist three times about this and have not had a response.
Can you please advise why this is occurring and if I should be doing something?

Looks like your documents are not showing a verification result, this happens when the documents have not passed verification with the land registry.
Lodgement Verification is the process where the documents are sent to the Land Registry to be reviewed and returned from the Land Registry with a Document Verification Result (the fees are also returned at this point). Lodgement Verification can only occur when all documents have a Document Status of ‘Prepared’. Any document with a Document Status of ‘In Preparation’ indicates that the document is missing information and will need to be edited and saved. If you have completed this and are still getting the same result, it may be that the other party in the transaction needs to complete the same on their end.
Edit the document to help assess what information is missing, also check the ‘Participants Screen’ to ensure all Party details have been entered completely. An ‘i’ beside a participant name will indicate that further information is required.
Fees will be attributed to the Responsible Subscriber. The Responsible Subscriber can be changed via the Lodgement Instructions on the ‘Document’ screen.
