Can you do a transfer from two registered proprietors who own property as tenants in common in equal shares to themselves as joint tenants in a PEXA workspace?

As of the 5th of September 2020 new NSW Residual Documents are a available to lodge on PEXA.
A Transfer Altering Tenancy (Tenants in Common in Equal Shares to Joint Tenants) - Real Property Act 1900 can be lodged via "Other Documents"
