Hi Margot,
Apologies for the late response.
Even thought the PEXA Doc Hub has been enabled, NSW LRS is not yest enabled to consume attachments, such as Covenants, associated to a Transfer of Land.
NSW LRS plan to enable this capability for Transfers in the first half of 2019.
Currently, NSW LRS are only enabled to consume attachments on the National Mortgage.
Regards,
George

Hi @GeorgePolus
I can see its was PEXA's plan to enable to capability to lodge Transfer including Covenants in the first half of 2019.
With the mandate fast approaching has there been any movement on when these transaction will be within the scope of PEXA?
Thanks
Brett

Hi Brett,
NSW LRS are yet to confirm that they will be enabled to consume Misters Consent and Caveators Consent attachments via electronic lodgement. Subject to NSW LRS confirmation this capability will be enabled in NSW in August 2019.
Please note- NSW LRS have previously advised that they will confirm capabilities that they will deliver for August 2019 to me during this current week.
Please let me @GeorgePolus know if you have more questions.
Regards,
George

Hi @GeorgePolus
Did LRS/PEXA confirm they will be able to transact a Transfer including Covenant through PEXA?
Thanks for your assistance

Hi Brett,
NSW LRS have been working on re-platform of their application. Consequently, some enhancement works have taken a back seat while this essential work is completed.
That said, in NSW the ability to add a Ministers or Caveators Consent to any dealing will be enabled in Feb 2011 as part of PEXA Rls 11.1
