Hi,
I am very new for PEXA system and e-conveyancing. I am wondering, after I have done the SRO verification and settlement successfully.
Does PEXA automatically lodge Transfer of land and Caveat and Discharge of Mortgage for me?
Either yes or no, would you please tell me what is the next step to do the post-settlement with PEXA.
Many thanks.
Abigail

SolutionHi Abigail,
PEXA is an 'all in one' settlement, stamping and lodging system and therefore the documents will be sent to the Titles Office for Lodgement during the settlement process so you do not need to lodge them separately after settlement (like in paper).
I hope this answers your question.

HI all
Is anyone finding it extremely frustrating that banks are insisting on Transfers of Land and settlement statements when we are transacting in pexa. Only 23 days left of paper transactions and the banks (NAB in particular) are struggling with the concept. This seems to be an issue in particular when there is a personal banker involved. The banks need to take an education program for their lenders
