Transfer of Part Title

Are there any updates on this issue of transferring Part Title when dealing with Crown Allotments to be sold separately.  Can this be done now in PEXA or should we apply for separate folio first ?

As general course of action always check the Registrar General's Lodgement rules: https://www.registrargeneral.nsw.gov.au/publications/lodgment-rules

(refer to lodgement rule No:2 for Crown land) and determine if the matter should proceed as a Dealing with Exception.

If unsure email Land Registry to ask which way is the best way to proceed as the Land Registry will ultimately register the dealing or not - email: eConveyancingNSW@nswlrs.com.au
