Hi I have a client purchasing a one third share from his uncle. I can't find how I can add a partial transfer without having to add all transferors and then all transferrees. Is this possible?
A&B as joint tenants 2/3 share tenants in common with
C as a one third share.
C is selling his one third share to my client (D) only.

Would this be the same as with 1/2 share transfers?
In my scenario, I am acting for a Proprietor on Title who is transferring his 1/2 share to the other Proprietor on Title so that he can own it solely. In order to do the transfer documents on PEXA, it seems that PEXA wants us to say that we act for both Proprietors on the Title when really the Contract states that I only act for one of the Proprietors on the Title and not both.
Can you please provide some guidance to this?

Whilst recent legislation expanded scope of eConveyancing dealings to some related party transfers, there are some functionality issues being experienced calculating the fractional stamp duty amounts. We are working closely with the OSR to resolve this issue.
We will be sure to update this thread ASAP!
