Transfer of a half share NSW to spouse for no consideration

Hi Team. I have a male registered proprietor who wants to transfer a 1/2 share in his home to his spouse as joint tenant for no consideration. Is there a HELP Card for this Transfer? Thank you

This would be a Part Tenancy Transfer. 

There is a help card but I'm not having any luck in sending you the link.  But if you search in Help Cards under Part Tenancy Transfer you will find it.
