Transfer of an interest from legal representative to beneficiary
We act for the legal personal representative who is a tenant in common with another proprietor of land in Victoria and her share is being transferred to the beneficiary under the Will. How is this transfer done in PEXA?
This can be done by lodging a Transfer. In Victoria, this means that all proprietors of land must be represented. If a Proprietor that isn't an LPR is remaining on title, they can be added as a Transferee with their existing share within the Transfer instrument.
