Transfer of control of eTitle from previous lawyer

Hello, As part of the Estate of my sisters late husband, the lawyer (who’s assistance she has since been terminated) holds control of the eTitle. The property is her home in Victoria. 
My sister has paid the mortgage out in full and would like control of the eTitle to be removed from the lawyer and total control only be had by her. How do we go about this?? 
any assistance would be appreciated. Thankyou
