I need to transfer a share of a title that is currently being subdivided. After the subdivision is registered my client will own the portion of Lot 17 that was formerly part of Lot 16 along with another party who will own the portion of 17 that was formerly Lot 15. The owner of the former Lot 15 has agreed to transfer their portion to my client as a boundary adjustment for nil consideration. Can this be done using PEXA now that manual documents are being fazed out?
