I telephoned Pexa last week and was told yes, must be done on Pexa. After getting clients to sign Pexa authority and verify identity, I am not able to create a transfer on Pexa as I do not act for the other person on title I guess?

So to confirm, if it is a unilateral severence and you only act for the one party, does it have to be manually lodged with the Land Registry? Meaning it cannot be done through PEXA?
