We are incoming Mortgagee on a transaction where the NSW property is being transferred from mother to son. Mortgage A will be released. Mortgage B is remaining. Mortgage C (our mortgage) will then be lodged. Post settlement we will lodge paper Postponement of Mortgage at NSW Land Registry to change the priority of the mortgages on title to Mortgage C first and Mortgage B second.
