Hi community,
I am trying to find out which of the categories to use for a PEXA transfer without monetary consideration. The dealing relates to land being provided for conservation under a voluntary planning agreement. The categories on PEXA are as follows:
- Without monetary consideration and as regards a deed of partition
- Without monetary consideration and as regards a deed of assignment
- Without monetary consideration and as regards a court order
- Without monetary consideration and as regards an intergenerational assignment
- Without monetary consideration and a change in manner of holding
I have rung both PEXA and LRS and each told me to talk to the other!
Any guidance would be appreciated.
