As per Land Use Vic's requirement, from 1 March 2018, all standalone transfers must be lodged electronically, so I wonder if this requirement includes a transfer where the transferor is required to transfer a property pursuant to a Family Court Order and if the transaction is supported by PEXA.
I would appreciate if anyone could give me some advice on this matter. Thanks.

My understanding is that this transaction proceeds in the same way as any other transfer that is effected through PEXA. You may wish to add a Dealing Requirement to your Lodgement Instructions as follows -
but this is not a fundamental requirement of the registry, nor do you need to provide them with a copy of the orders. You should, however, retain a copy on file as they may be required in the event that a compliance examination is conducted on the matter.
