Transmission Application

We are trying to create a transmission application (TA )and PEXA generates a 

Priority Notice instead. We don't need this as we hold the CT and are ready to lodge the TA and do not want ti incur the additional fees. Why is this happening?

Instruments currently available to be lodged in PEXA are Transfer, Caveat, Withdrawal of Caveat, Mortgage, Discharge (or Release) of Mortgage, Priority Notice, Withdrawal of Priority Notice and Extension of Priority Notice. (Also Settlement Notices in Queensland).

From next week, we will also offer Survivorship (in Victoria) and Encumbrance (in South Australia).

Transmissions are not available yet, but will be introduced in a future release.

Hi @WDJ - transmission applications in VIC are now available in PEXA as of today (Release 7.1). Please see this article for more information.
