Transmission application by trustee of bankrupt

I have a Transmission application I want to setup a workspace for and i'm having problems. Does anyone know how i can do this?

Thanks for your reply, however these instructions are more so for an APR transmission. It doesn't allow me to create a party for a bankrupt estate.

Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, a Transmission application by trustee of bankrupt is currently not available as part of the Transmission instrument on PEXA. It currently only supports an Application by a Legal Personal Representative of a deceased proprietor.

We are in discussion with the Land Registry to further the scope of transactions that can be processed on PEXA and will let you know once a Transmission application by trustee of bankrupt is supported.

In Victoria can I please confirm that a Transmission application by trustee of bankrupt is currently is not available as part of the Transmission instrument on PEXA and that it currently only supports an Application by a Legal Personal Representative of a deceased proprietor.
