I understand the PEXA update scheduled for Monday 9 July 2018 will permit lodging of transmission application to beneficiaries (in NSW). The release note suggest this is for "direct" transmissions from the deceased registered proprietor.
Can this new PEXA document be used to transmit a property from the Executors of a deceased estate to the ultimate beneficiaries?
(In other words, the deceased is no longer the registered proprietor).

Hi @simondunn,
The Transmission Direct to Beneficiary—NSW instrument will allow you to transmit the property directly from a Deceased Proprietor directly to the beneficiary.
If the Executors are already registered on title, a Transfer can be lodged to transfer the property to the beneficiary.
