We are looking to do a transmission application whereby the current Executor who has been registered on Title as legal personal representative has been removed as Executor, and the new Executor is now required to be registered as legal personal representative. I have opened a workspace as Incoming Proprietor and attempted to create the Transmission document, however, PEXA assumes that the former Executor is deceased. What is the correct way to do this through PEXA? Thank you in anticipation.
