Hello,

Transmission Application (VIC), 2 questions:

1. Does PEXA support TA and Transfer in one workspace now in Victoria?
2. When preparing PEXA workspace for transmission application, there are the following questions:
   • Is party acting as trustee - should this be noted as YES because the executor will then hold the property as a trustee of the Estate?
   • Party Capacity Detail - what should be inputted in this section?

In Victoria currently you are unable to lodge a TA and Transfer within the same workspace - pls refer to link below:

In relation to is a party acting as trustee - please click the little blue "i" near the question when creating the participant and it will provide further information. Being an executor does not automatically mean you are acting for a registered Trust.

In relation to Party Capacity - there are 4 options (Administrator, Administrator with limitations, Executors or Minor) please select the most appropriate for your client.
