We are the purchaser and there are two titles (unit and car space). When I edit the NOA document in PEXA, I have to list a purchase price for each title.
Do I list the same purchase price on each title? Split the price randomly? Does it really matter as it is just for the NOA?
I wanted to put the full purchase price on the unit and then put $0 for the car space but that I get the error message.
Thanks

SolutionHi Robyn,
If you are dealing with an associated land title such as the Property and Car space or Storage unit where both land titles are calculated as one Property, the land title address for the land title references must be identical to be able to enter one property sale price for both land titles in the Notice of Acquisition.
To update the address, please follow the steps below:
1. Navigate to the Land titles page
2. Select Edit address for the affected land title reference
3. Select Copy address from and Select the primary address
4. Repeat the same step for the Primary land title reference
This process will move your Notice of Acquisition document from Prepared status to In Preparation status. Then complete the required information in the Notice of Acquisition via Documents page to finalise the changes - you will see that only 1 property is now listed in the NOA covering both titles.
If you need assistance at all please reach out to our Support Team on 1300 084 515.
