I'd suggest NAB.

Ubank are an active member of the exchange and partner with legal panel providers, namely MSA and Galilee.

When unsure, the best place to look is the pexa qualifier which will guide you through. It's attached below

I'm having trouble finding UBank, Galilee or MSA using the qualifier (using the "Mortgagee on Title"option as an example).  I'm probably missing something really obvious.

Is there a foolproof way of working out who is responsible for the lender in this type of scenario (Perpetual also comes to mind), or are we best using the "old fashioned" method of contacting the lender directly by email/fax?
