Our client's purchase is not subject to any other sale/purchase however the Seller have linked their client's purchase settlement to our settlement. This would mean if their client's purchase does not settle ours won't settle. We have asked them to unlink them but they are refusing to do so. Can I some how unlink the seller's linked settlement.
or if there is any alternative solution for this situation.
