Does a purchaser's caveat automatically lapse upon lodgement of a transfer to that purchaser?
In the pre-electronic conveyancing days if a purchaser lodged a caveat there was no need to withdraw the caveat as it would lapse upon lodgement of a transfer as long as the transferee was the exact same person as the caveator. Does this still happen with electronic conveyancing?
