VIC Residual Document - Unable to create document due to "no applicant".

Hi. Requesting assistance please. Intending to lodge a change from pct to ect. I followed the instructions for residual documents, created the parties. My firm appears as proprietor on title and I cannot choose to add a party as the party i am representing. Thank you.

specifies: If a subscriber wishes to convert a small number of pCTs (up to 50) in their possession or control into an electronic format, this can be achieved using the Land Victoria paper form, Convert a paper Certificate of Title to an electronic Certificate of Title.
