I have read the below email from a year ago and can report that my client last week had an issue with Australia Post on the Sunshine Coast not knowing how to complete the VOI Form.
The girl at the counter asked two other staff members for assistance and between the three of them they could not figure out the form and told the clients to go away and bring back the Form when Part A was completed (details of organisation).
There is no organisation as it is an individual person (the Buyer) that needs their ID verified and they insisted the ABN be completed as well.
Do they realise not everyone or every company has an ABN so why is an ABN a "required field" for an organisation ?
Anybody else having this issue ?
Any way my clients thought it was all too hard and have now given up on PEXA.

Sounds like they are looking at the CAF if they are asking about ACN/ARBN completion.
VOI needs to be done by each of the Authorised signee (individual person(s) -at least in WA) as listed on their current ASIC search. Thus no reference to ABN or even 'capacity' on my LTIDVF v5.1.
Suggest reaching out to Peter Unkles, Super Auspost VOI & CAF support expert...
"Confirming that our outlets should absolutely be witnessing Client Authorisation Forms if it is presented at the time of the VOI. We will speak with the outlets in question and remind them of our expectations regarding CAF documents.

Hi Peter,
No it’s the VOI Form - look at Part A.
Australia Post officers are assuming all sections of the form have to be completed not realising Part A does not apply if it’s an individual.
Why is the ABN a required field anyway when not all companys have an ABN?

Hi Nick,
We downloaded V.4 on PEXA's website - link below.
I have not been able to find a Version 5.

Can you provide me with a link for Version 5 ?

Perhaps because that form version is a PEXA Applicant IDVF it is for 'PEXA Applicant USE ONLY'... is that your intent of becoming a PEXA Applicant?
(NB: it is not a Land Title IDVF (LTIDVF) for Land Title Identity Verification Form of Seller and Buyers)
In order to use Auspost VOI services, you need to register with them first. They will then issue your Company individualised (barcoded to your company) and the current version of their LTIDVF as part of that service and Setup your secure portal for Verified ID delivery.
Perhaps this registration link helps...

Thanks @DMc!
Hi @Sonia77 as per DMc's wise advise, you'll need to register for following the attached link: https://auspost.com.au/forms/land-title.html
Once registered, we will send a form specific to your organisation for you to provide to your customer (buyers / sellers) to bring into our 1,500+ participating outlets nationally.
There is no charge to register with Australia Post VOI services and consumers pay ($44 inc GST) to have their VOI conducted.
Pete.

is anyone else still having huge problems getting CAF forms properly signed and/or loaded into ID report with Australia Post
I only use client specific ID forms downloaded from the portal to ensure they are accurate and current and make it very clear to my clients that the CAF needs to be witnessed with Aust Post.
Out of my last 10 Aust Post VOIs - not one loaded a CAF into report and 80% have been incorrectly signed by the Aus Post CSO.
Incredibly frustrating ALL conveyancing is now requiring a CAF in NSW - clients are paying more and more for these reports at Aust Post and they cant get it right.
Am I missing something here?

Have look at the FAQ MPR Guidance Note # 1 Question 3,
That may be of some assistance.
