Variation of mortgage Victoria

Can a Variation of Mortgage or Charge be lodged on Pexa and if not, can you please advise an approximate date this will be available?

Variation of Mortgage or Charge is not currently available in PEXA.

For the jurisdiction of VIC, electronic lodgement of these documents is planned for delivery around June - July 2019.

Hi Ron

In VIC, the Document Type VARY - MORTGAGE Transfer of Land Act Section 75A is now available as part of Residual Documents. 

In the Doc List screen select 'Other Documents' and in the search box type VARY - you will then see the list of available Doc Types - scroll to find the one mentioned above.

Hi, can you confirm when this form will go active in VIC as I can't locate it in Other Documents on the PEXA workspace (and it is not in your list for residual documents in the Community help section).

I have had a look on Land Use Victoria's new Electronic Lodgement page for the s75A document and it will be available in PEXA 1 October 2019.
