I am representing an incoming mortgagee, and am wondering whether I am required to submit a VOI document on the workspace under 'files', or to just keep the physical VOI as evidence on record.
As far as I understand, when signing the documents on PEXA, ticking the box to say I have taken reasonable steps to verify the identify of my client is sufficient as a VOI.
Can somebody please shine some light on this for me, as previously Landgate would not accept or process a transaction without a Verification of Identity form.
Thank you in advance.

I have done PEXA transactions for both vendor and purchaser side. For VOI, you retain all the physical verification and click you have taken reasonable steps to verify client's identity. Alternatively, we use Aus Post as our agents.

When you sign your documents , one of the statements you are attesting to is that you have satisfied VOI.
No need to upload the evidence though, you keep that for your records.
