I have a current matter where the PEXA platform and SRO duty site are not unified in the full name of a client. On both sites it shows my client's full name (including given 2nd and 3rd names) however when it comes to claiming SRO duty - it is not picking up the client's 3rd given name - I have been on the phone between PEXA and SRO for hours - unlinking forms, re-doing forms with no result. Has anyone got a solution? I am at the stage of abandoning the PEXA workspace as settlement is coming up quickly.

It is possible that the other side hasn’t put in the right details.
Long story short, I believe both sides are entering in details on DOL -having their clients signing and eventually producing the duties form.
Without seeing the particulars I can’t really give a better indication and at this stage it’s safer if I said I have no idea but I believe PEXA support can refresh the link if you end up finding that all details are completely correct in the SRO (Duties form + Retrieving pexa workspace for duty assessment)
If i were to break down (guess) which phase I think the problem sounds like it is in, I would say:
Phase a: SRO duties form creation<< I’d say it’s around this phase, before any clients are signing.
Phase b: PEXA transfer document<<<<<data is entered correct but mismatch with SRO isn’t apparent.
Phase c: Retrieve and claim / duty assessment<<< where the problem sounds like it is surfacing.
