Our property is due to settle but Westpac has dragged the chain responding ed to our conveyancer.
Initially Westpac hadn't updated their records properly and so didn't talk to them and now settlement is tomorrow and haven't responded for days.
We pay extra as the vendor for PEXA settlement so disappointing when Westpac doesn't respond.
Was suggested to post here for urgent assistance.

This Community site is designed for PEXA peers to communicate and share knowledge, whilst also having input from PEXA directly.
In your instance, as the end client, it is always recommended that you liaise with your Conveynacer as they are the professionals representing you in your transaction. Should they run into any queries themselves, we have a dedicated Support line that they can contact also.
