When is the Fee Schedule updated

I am wanting to know when the fee schedule is updated in a workspace. 

We have had the documents in the file for sometime but nothing has been entered under the fee schedule.

The documents need to have had a lodgement verification before you will see the lodgement fees and PEXA fees in the fee schedule. All documents in the lodgement case will need to have reached prepared status. Can you see what status they are currently in?
