Dear Colleagues,

Our firm is acting for the purchaser, and both the purchaser and the vendor have agreed to the settlement adjustment details.

So, someone has to add adjustments to the PEXA workspace.

May I ask who the settlement adjuster between the purchaser and the vendor are?

Either party can enter the adjustments into the Platform.
