Why not add contacts details within the workspace?
Suggestion. Since conversations are largely being ignored.
The subscriber search usually seems to NOT show the BEST contacts for the PEXA participant when we URGENTLY need to get hold of workspace users.
Would be super hand when we urgently need to contact the OTHER PEXA participant, whom seems to not be able to read a conversation or action the workspace within time limits, or even per transfer guidelines.
If Lender prefer not to have the PEXA operator on the phone why not show their PEXA direct Line. Towards increasing the User Experience (UX) and getting clients deals settled ON-TIME!
