We are acting for a caveator on title in a financial settlement. We are providing a withrawal of caveat at settlement.
The other parties are:
Mortgagee on title providing a discharge of mortgage at settlement
Incoming mortgagee
Incoming proprietor
Proprietor on title (outgoing)
What will the fees be for withdrawing the caveat as part of this settlement?
We have been charged approx. $150 in the past for our role as caveator on title however I am unsure how the fee has been calculated?

SolutionQuicker than I thought @nmarcus003!
The NSW withdrawal of caveat lodgement fee is $141.60 + a PEXA fee of either $15.84 (single title) or $27.61 (multiple titles).

Hi @nmarcus003,
I've passed this question onto the team to get an answer for you but it might not be a couple of days before someone gets back as we still have people coming back from their Christmas Breaks.
I know it's not exactly what you were after but, in the interim you can see all of our fees here.

That helps very much. Now I just need to find a card to show how to do a withdrawal. The flow chart one I found is written in letters too small. Avalon
