Withdrawal of Caveat

I need to provide a Withdrawal of Caveat at settlement in exchange for funds.  I understand that I need to input destination funds owing at settlement. My question is in relation to signing the Withdrawal of Caveat.  Is this done on the day of settlement or am I required to do it prior.  And what is the process for funds being provided to me.

Hope you are well.

Any document can be sign and/or unsigned at any point leading up to settlement. The Settlement can't proceed until all documents are completed, everything balanced and all parties have signed.

In the Settlement tab you can create a destination line for the funds that are due to you at settlement.
