We are in the process of attempting to correct an error in the Registered Proprietor's name recorded on Title. We created and lodged a Section 103(2) Application to Correct Errors to do so. Land Use Victoria has stopped the registration of the Section 103(2) and has advised that it is not the appropriate application for this purpose. It requires the Section 103(2) to be withdrawn, so that an alternative application can be made.
Currently, the documents are lodged but unregistered. We cannot create further documents in the PEXA workspace, nor can we edit those documents already lodged.
What is the process for withdrawing a document that has been lodged but not registered?
Thank you in advance.

Hi @AlexandraV
As per design once the workspace is in lodged status changes can no longer be updated.
The documents cannot be withdrawn. Once you have relodged the correct documents to Land Registry the workspace will update to completed status.

@AlexandraV had a similar situation.
spoke with Serv/Land Registry.
you send an email to the advice enquiries email address request that they withdraw the dealing number.
once done you should be able to recomplete.
