Good Afternoon, my settlement was on the 29th of October. Unfortunately did someone gave the wrong Account number in and the money is somewhere. When I make a mistake like that, I have to pay fines like late fee. How about now? Who is paying some extra fee to me. The mistake lies clearly at Pexa!!

The first step is to raise this with your lawyer or conveyancer - ask that they check the account details that were entered into PEXA.
If there was an error, they can then raise this with PEXA Support for investigation.

Hi Heather, this is already done and it was me at the end who notice the error. Pexa is trying no to get the money back so I still have no money in the account. This is so frustrating and nobody thinks this is important..my Solicitor thinks money will come tomorrow but no guarantee...one and a half day so far out of my pocket. I like something to get done about this. Thanks

PEXA Support will be actively following this up with the recipient bank, or banks. This can take time, but the team will be updating your lawyer or conveyancer when they have news to share from the bank(s), so best to keep in touch with them.
