recently purchased a property in NSW for which boundary needs to be adjusted/realigned i.e. getting some additional land from my neighbor along the boundary, surveyor has already prepared subdivision plan between the 2 properties,
wanted to check is it possible to initiate a transfer of land (just for additional land ) in PEXA b/w the 2 properties as now all transactions has to be done online
and also bank needs transfer of land before providing their approval for documents to be submitted to LRS.
has anyone come across this situation before or any pointers would be really helpful, thanks in advance.
