create a workspace

I need to create a workspace to lodge a caveat. I am not being presented with the dashboard that I can see in the video, with a menu on the left from which 'create a workspace' can be selected.

Also I can login using my Login name and Password only but cannot login using my e-mail adress and Password.

Can you please advise?

Are you in the PEXA workspaces section OR in the Community page?

Are you registered to transact in Pexa?

As @FionaS suggests, you would need to be a PEXA subscriber to create a workspace and lodge a caveat on PEXA.
