When we receive payments from PEXA on settlements, the reference to the matter provided to PEXA never appears with the payment to allow us to allocate payment to matter. Is there something we have failed to do to allow this to happen?

We do put a reference here which populates automatically. This reference appears on our bank statements when funds go to Trust but doesn't appear when funds go to our office account. This is why I don't know if this is a technical glitch that needs addressing or if there is something else we haven't done.

If it works for trust but not office and you're doing then exact same thing then I suspect you are right and there may be a glitch. I'd give the PEXA support team a call, they are always very helpful when I have spoken to them.
