I have received files uploaded by the bank, that I should be able to open and view but I can't? Help.

One thing that comes to mind is that you may have pop ups blocked which is preventing you from viewing the files. When you click to view, have a look on the top right hand section of your browser and see if you there is an indicator for pop ups being blocked (usually a red circle with a strike through it). If you click on it and select to allow pop ups, try to view again and see if this works.

can you see if the file has been "shared".
When a file is uploaded, unless they have nominated to share the file, then no one else can see it.
We often have DA's loaded for us to receive, but a number of them a not shared. A gentle reminder usually helps as we are training more people to use PEXA and sometimes can be over looked.

Hi,
You cannot view any files uploaded unless you have been nominated by whomever uploaded the document to view OR whoever uploaded the document selected share with "All work space participants".
You can do this also, when uploading a document yourself have the option to 'select participant' of which you'd like to be able to view the document OR share with all OR share with no one and only have an important document uploaded for your reference or another employee's reference.

Uploaded file has been shared with me but when you select view in the action menu - nothing happens. Not sure if there is something not right with settings on my PC or if it is within PEXA ?? Any clues?

Thanks, @DMc, I clicked on the pop up on the top right hand of my browser and was able to open the file. Lucky to have you all to help with these.
